Heaven A Place For Prepared People
You have a place prepared for you right there in heaven. Many people have their thoughts and questions about what heaven looks like, will we see loved ones who have gone before us? What will we be doing? How does Jesus look? The questions go on and on forever. However, the bible does say in John 14:1. Jesus is speaking with His disciples and tells them to let not their heart be troubled; you believe in God also believe in Me. Jesus continues to say to them that in His Father’s house there are many mansions.
He enlightens the disciples that He (Jesus) is going to prepare a place for them. Mansions Wow! Means dwelling places. So you see, heaven is a prepared place for prepared people. For you, for me! Saved people know that the earth is not the final destination, our home is in heaven with the Lord. In the meantime because of our connection with the Father we can be in the world and not of it.
We can have a bit heaven on earth. Give us this day our daily bread on earth as it is in heaven. Praise God the fullness for eternity is coming. A description in Revelation 22:1-5 gives us a glimpse of heaven. It describes the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and the lamb through the middle of the street of the city; also on either side of the river, the tree of life with its twelve kinds of fruit, yielding it’s fruit each month. It talks about needing no light, lamp or sun.
The Lord God will be the light. Wow! Awesome! Living in a world of chaos, it should give you great joy to know that God has prepared a place, especially for you to enjoy it for eternity! Click For Prayer
