Seasons Of Life
Have you ever wondered why? Why do we go through certain things in our life? Why do people die and not only die but sometimes as we think, they die for no reason? Why are you alone or why can’t you find the right mate? Why don’t you have enough money or you have money, and you are not happy? Oh here’s a big one why does it seem that people who are evil get blessed while those who do good seem to suffer? The question of why can go on and on. Why? Why? Why? Hmm.
In everyone’s life, there is a lot of why’s and if’s, even though often we don’t want to admit it. We all encounter what I call “seasons of life” and what I have come to realize is there are something’s we are not going to understand, and yet something’s God our Father will reveal to us.
We are all on a journey in life to make things great for ourselves and others. Yes, at times the road we travel on may be good or bad, but guess what? We still have to go the way.
The way we travel the road, meaning our attitude as we encounter the potholes and the bumps determine how we end up on a smooth paved path.
Have you ever noticed how mean people have become in life? Think about this, something very petty but shows a person’s character to a degree. Picture this, you are in your car, the traffic is so backed up, and you need to get over into the other lane, it’s hot, and you are late to work or your appointment.
There sits a person in a car going nowhere because the traffic is back up, yet, this person gives you the evil eye and won’t let you into the lane. I know, I said it was petty right.
At that moment you become outraged because you have been sitting in traffic for hours. Could it be this person is mean? Or could it be this person does not see you and has so much on their mind because of the season they may be going through in their life?
Maybe they just buried a loved one, lost their job, or got a disturbing report from the doctor. Perhaps they don’t have a relationship with Jesus. Whatever the reason for their behavior; that person is in a season of life. Your reaction to the situation will create a season momentarily in your life. Yeah, so, you choose.
Proverbs 18:21 in the Bible Says “death & life are in the power of the tongue. And those that eat of it will taste its fruit.” So what does that mean? It means just that. Our words create action good or bad. Whatever we encounter at that moment, we have a choice as to what we create in our lives and those around us by the words we speak. Therefore remember while going through your situations and or circumstance make sure to speak life into your seasons.”
